Green Pro Certified Cool Top Xpress – Cool top Xpress is high SRI coating for cycle tracks, driveways, pavements, parking lots, roads having high reflectivity, reducing the generation of heat & thus emission of heat in atmosphere and heat stored in the pavements! Cool Top Xpress has the potential to reduce the city temperature by 2 to 3 Deg. C (as stated by GCCA; LBNL); Adopting Cool Top Xpress is one of the most viable ways to combat the Urban Heat Island Effects, Climate Change & Global Warming impacts!

Cool Tops Xpress is based on IR reflective Technology with fast-drying acrylic
dispersion & high solid content. The system consists of the anti-leech property for asphalt resistance, high abrasion resistance, and scratch-proof properties that allows it to sustain for a longer period of time even in the traffic junction area.
The High SRI Coatings with pastel colors on the pavements and cycle tracks helps to reduce the temperature of the surrounding areas and also helps to combat the UHI effects.

Create the design by a marker as desired and Apply 2 coats of Cool Top Xpress-SA grade NIR Reflective Coats of different colors as per the required designs with the help of Brush or Roller. This product is based on fast drying acrylic dispersion & high solid content which has the hi abrasion resistance property and is scratch proof. It has anti-leech properties for asphalt resistance, so the color does not get yellow with time.
