FASC – Fabric Applied Sustainable Cooling – is a roof and wall treatment for waterproofing, with the added benefit of cooling.
The FASC Roofing & Wall System includes the formation of a multi-product membrane with reinforced fibre mesh and waterproofing compounds. The mesh covers the joints or VATA areas, including 300 mm up the parapet walls, ensuring seamless waterproofing at all critical junctions. FASC can also be applied to vertical walls and external wall surfaces for enhanced protection against water ingress and heat. In short, FASC is a Fabric Applied Sustainable Cool Roof & Wall Waterproofing System—it waterproofs first and cools as a built-in bonus, rather than treating waterproofing and thermal insulation as separate jobs.

Fabric Applied Sustainable Cooling. It’s built first as a waterproofing membrane – reinforced fibre mesh plus waterproofing compounds, run 300mm up the wall at the roof-to-wall joint – with cooling as a genuine built-in benefit rather than a separate coat.
Metal roofs, GI sheets, cementitious structures, and china mosaic, on both existing and new structures – it’s designed to work across the mixed-substrate roofs common on Indian industrial and residential buildings.
It’s a powder mixed with water, packed in 2kg, 5kg, and 50kg sizes, with coverage of roughly 20 sq ft per kg. Our team can size the exact quantity for your roof once we have the area and substrate type.
