Asphalt Prime – Surface Primer

Asphalt Prime is a bonding primer engineered for asphaltic and bituminous roof substrates ahead of a Cool Tops high-SRI topcoat system. It is designed to improve adhesion between porous, oil-bearing asphalt surfaces and Panache’s water-based, reflective finish coats — a step that’s often skipped by generic waterproofing applicators, and one of the reasons coating systems fail prematurely on bituminous roofs.
